Welcome to Studio Halo! By becoming a member, you’re joining a creative community built around collaboration, storytelling, and great sound.

This Membership Agreement (the “Agreement”) is between you (the “Member”) and Studio Halo (South Wales) Limited (the “Studio”). It comes into effect on the date your membership is accepted by us.

1. Membership

As a member, you’ll have access to our studios and production facilities (the “Facilities”) to record, edit, and produce your podcasts or creative projects.

Your membership runs on a rolling monthly basis, with payment due each month according to the plan you’ve chosen. Either of us can end the agreement at any time — just let the other know in writing via email.

2. Using the Studio

You can book and use the studio during our regular opening hours (we’ll always let you know if these change).

Please respect the space — no illegal activity, no smoking, and no alcohol inside the studio. We’re all about good vibes and creative energy.

3. If the Studio Ends the Agreement

We may need to end this agreement at any time, for any reason, with written notice by email. If that happens, you’ll need to leave the Facilities and return any keys or access cards straight away.

4. If You End the Agreement

You can cancel at any time by giving us 30 days’ notice via email. Once your notice period ends, please make sure to vacate the Facilities.

5. Your Content & Creative Rights

Everything you record or create in our studio is 100% yours — all intellectual property rights belong to you.

By using our facilities and services, you also give Studio Halo a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to feature your work for our own promotional or marketing use (for example, on our website or social media).

6. Keeping Things Safe

You agree to take care of the space and to protect Studio Halo, our team, and our partners from any claims, costs, or damages that might come from your use of the Facilities.

7. Legal Bits

This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. If there’s ever a dispute, it’ll be handled exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.

8. Our Full Terms

By signing up, you agree to follow Studio Halo’s full Terms of Service (linked on our website). Please take a moment to read them — they form part of this Agreement.

9. When It Becomes Binding

Once you complete your membership sign-up, this Agreement becomes legally binding.

10. Updates & Entire Agreement

This document is the full understanding between you and Studio Halo. Any updates or changes must be agreed to in writing by both parties.

11. Using Your Membership Hours

Your membership hours are available to use within your billing cycle — starting from the date your plan renews each month. Unused hours don’t roll over or carry forward, so make sure to book your sessions before your next payment date.

12. Need Extra Time?

If you’d like more studio time than your plan includes, no problem — members get discounted hourly rates. Just get in touch and we’ll sort it out for you.

13. Cancelling & Unused Time

Membership fees are paid in advance and are non-refundable, even if you don’t use all your hours before cancelling.
